My connected approach draws on global business experience, professional CPD particularly in the emerging field of neuroscience and neuro-leadership, and a proven track record as a coach, consultant and facilitator. With over 20 years of professional experience in industry (primarily healthcare and technology) I have held scientific, technical and leadership roles and have a grasp of the issues associated with creating effective business environments.

I appreciate the inherent value of developing leaders to be the best version of themselves in order to thrive in environments of constant change.

I am an expert facilitator. We learn best when we are enjoying what we do, so there is an element of fun to my workshops.

My approach is driven by a fundamental belief that everyone is inherently capable of personal growth. From a foundation in the emerging field of neuroscience and neuro-leadership, I adeptly apply an understanding of the brain to enable clients and ultimately deliver value.

A ‘scientist with heart’, I excel in creating a safe environment and developing trust. I believe in the enormous potential this ‘safe place’ has for the forever plastic brain to think and connect, free of fear.

I have delivered transformational results at different levels and sectors. Of note is how my neuroscience approach can explain why and how coaching works; It can enlighten clients across sectors and levels.
